Due to the location of the condo, during winter months, it is advisable to drive a vehicle with all wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, or at a minimum, good snow tires.

The sleeper sofa is best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

This home does not have air conditioning however it typically remains comfortable due to the higher elevation and fans that are available for your use. 

Included in the price of your rental is a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy in lieu of a damage deposit. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found here.
